Welcome to the Love Tools. By using our service, you are agreeing to comply with the following terms and conditions.

Clarifications

The word system/systems refers to "machine/computer/pc/system".

The words development team/Staff refers to user "Alyouise" & "Love".

The word key refers to your license key/key given to you after purchase.

The word License refers to your license key/key given to you after purchase.

Software

• No software, download, file released/posted/given shall be posted anywhere/sold/shared/leaked.
• No software, download, file released/posted/given shall be reverse engineered/cracked/decompiled/tampered.
• No software, download, file released/posted/given shall be ran on multiple systems or on a system different from the original system.
• No software, download, file released/posted/given shall be ran on a virtualized system unless permitted by the development team.

License

• No key shall be shared/released/leaked/shown to anyone except for the person who purchased the key. The purchaser of the key is responsible for keeping it private.
• License may be revoked for breaking any Terms of Service or if the development team believes revocation is warranted.

Social

• No message/post/announcement shall be relayed/screenshotted/reposted outside of this server; doing so will result in a ban and license revocation.
• No harassment between "Hex Users"/"Hex Buyers".
• No defamation of the brand "Hex Client", "Hex" or individuals "Alyouise" or "Love".

Refunds

• We do not refund unless the software does not work on your machine.
• If you refuse support or do not attempt to get support, you will not get a refund.
• If a chargeback is created, your license will be revoked, and you will be reported to local authorities and your ISP for fraud.
